  • Consumables & Accessories:

    • Eligible for return within 14 days of purchase.

    • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

    • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) required.

    • A 15% restocking fee applies for all approved returns.

    • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Printers, Equipment & Software:

    • All sales are final unless covered under warranty.

    • Defective items may be eligible for replacement subject to inspection.

    • Print heads and software licenses are non-refundable.

  • Custom Orders:

    • Not eligible for refund, return, or exchange unless faulty.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status within 5 business days.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

  • All eligible equipment includes a 6-month limited warranty.

  • Warranty covers manufacturer defects but excludes consumables, user damage, and print heads.

  • Warranty claims must be submitted via email with proof of purchase and issue description.

  • Returns and exchanges follow the same conditions as online orders.

  • In-store returns must be presented with an original receipt.
