Terms and Conditions for Online DTF Printing Services
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of direct-to-film (DTF) printing products and services (“Services”) provided by [Your Company Name] (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Definitions
- DTF Printing: A printing method where designs are printed onto a special film and then heat-transferred onto textiles or other substrates.
- Customer: Any individual or entity placing an order with us.
- Order: A request placed by the Customer for the production and delivery of DTF-printed goods.
- Artwork: Digital files, designs, logos, or images supplied by the Customer for printing.
3. Scope of Services
We offer:
- Custom DTF printing on garments, bags, hats, and other approved substrates.
- Pre-treatment and heat-press application services (where selected).
- Optional design adjustments, color profiling, and proofing.4. Ordering Process
- Placing an Order
- Upload your Artwork in an approved format (PNG, JPEG, PDF, or AI).
- Select substrate, print size, and quantity.
- Review and confirm shipping address and delivery option.
- Order Confirmation
- We send an email confirmation with order details and an invoice.
- Production begins only after full payment is received.
- Payment Terms
- Prices are as quoted on our website and exclusive of GST (where applicable).
- Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer.
- For large or corporate orders, a deposit may be required.
5. Artwork and Design
- Customer Materials
- You retain ownership of any original Artwork. You grant us a license to use and reproduce it solely for your Order.
- Proof Approval
- We provide a digital proof for orders over 20 units. Approval must be given within 48 hours or production may be delayed.
- Color Variations
- Slight color shifts may occur due to monitor calibration, substrate texture, and ink behavior.
6. Production and Lead Times

7. Shipping and Delivery
- Domestic (Australia)
- Standard (2–6 business days) and Express (1–3 business days) via Australia Post.
- International
- Economy, Standard, and Express options with delivery times ranging from 5–20 business days.
- Tracking
- All shipments include tracking numbers sent via email upon dispatch.
- Risk & Title
- Risk passes to you once the carrier collects the goods. Title transfers upon full payment.
8. Pricing and Fees
- Quoted prices include printing, basic pre-treatment, and packaging.
- Additional fees may apply for fabric testing, complex artwork adjustments, or specialty substrates.
- All prices are subject to change; confirmed prices are locked in at payment.
9. Intellectual Property
- You warrant that you own or have permission to use all Artwork submitted.
- We reserve the right to refuse any design that infringes on third-party rights or contains offensive material.
- We do not claim ownership of your Artwork but may use images of completed projects for marketing purposes unless you opt out in writing.
10. Warranty, Returns & Refunds
- Warranty
- We guarantee print adhesion for 30 launderings under normal conditions.
- Returns
- Defective or incorrectly printed items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos.
- Refunds/Replacements
- Approved claims will be reprinted or refunded at our discretion. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the affected Order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, damage, or expense (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or infringement of third-party rights.
13. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By placing an Order, you consent to our collection, use, and storage of your data for order fulfillment and marketing purposes.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate services if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or submit prohibited content. Upon termination, all outstanding fees immediately become due.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.
