- Drop Off / Send Your Apparel: Bring your clean, unworn garments to our facility or mail them to us.
- Upload Your Artwork: Provide your high-resolution (300 DPI) PNG or vector file.
- We Print & Press: We use commercial-grade DTF technology to print your design and professionally heat-press it onto your items.
- Pick Up / Delivery: Your custom gear is ready to wear!

📋 Essential Guidelines for BYO

| Garment Condition | Items must be brand new, unwashed, and free of lint or pet hair. |
| Fabric Suitability | Most fabrics are fine; check with us for highly heat-sensitive materials (e.g., PVC). |
| Placement | We can press on fronts, backs, sleeves, and pocket areas. |
| The "BYO Risk" | Printing on customer-supplied gear is at the customer's risk. We cannot replace garments in the rare event of malfunction. |
💰 Pricing & Turnaround
- Standard Press Fee: Starting from $5.00 per location (including transfers).
- Bulk Discounts: Discounts apply for 10+ items of the same design.
- Turnaround: Standard service is 3–5 business days. Ask about our Same-Day Express service.
